  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard

Mix well and set aside

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and jalapeno peppers

Saut until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes

Add minced garlic and continue to cook for another minute

Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set them aside

In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the steak is browned and cooked to your preferred level of doneness

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven's broiler

Split the slider buns and place them on a baking sheet

Toast the buns under the broiler until they are lightly browned

To assemble the sliders, spread the spicy mayo mixture on the bottom half of each bun

Top with a portion of the cooked steak, sauted vegetables, and a generous amount of shredded provolone cheese

Place the assembled sliders back under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly

Remove the sliders from the oven and cover them with the top half of the buns

Serve the Spicy Jalapeno Philly Cheese Steak Sliders hot and enjoy!
