Ingredients:
- 8 oz
- salmon fillet
- 8 oz
- pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Season salmon with salt and pepper, then grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through
Set aside
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
Drain and set aside
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant
Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes
