Grilled Salmon & Tomato Pasta with Cream Sauce



Indulge in a luxurious dish combining perfectly grilled salmon with al dente pasta, cherry tomatoes, and a creamy sauce. This recipe offers a delightful balance of flavors and textures, making it a satisfying meal for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz
  • salmon fillet
  • 8 oz
  • pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Season salmon with salt and pepper, then grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through

Set aside

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente

Drain and set aside

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant

Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes

Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously until it starts to simmer

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the cream sauce

Flake grilled salmon into the pasta and gently mix

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves
