Berry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
