Ingredients:
- 8 cannelloni tubes
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Fill up each cannelloni tube with the cheese mix
Put a little marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish
Put the stuffed cannelloni tubes in the baking dish
Put the rest of the marinara sauce on top of the cannelloni
Put foil over the dish and bake for 25 minutes
Take off the foil and top with more mozzarella cheese
Leave the lid off and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles
